IO5 targets the business strategy for digital transformation and agile project management. The module was developed by the Center of BME i4.0 Technology at Center University Budapest. Digital transformation requires a suitable corporate strategy that must be integrated into projects and implemented effectively. In this context, it has proven beneficial for management to make decisions that support communication and knowledge sharing within companies. The module covers topics such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Extreme Programming, Waterfall, PRINCE2 and PMI’s PMBOK. Participants will learn basic IT technologies to realize the benefits of digitalization and avoid digital island solutions. This module provides competencies for making conscious IT investment decisions and aims to promote strategic thinking, strategy development and program management

IO5a Learning video – Intellectual Output 5 Corporate strategy for digital transformation and agile project management
The learning video serves as an introduction to the topic of corporate strategy and digital transformation. The learner is sensitized to the connection between digital transformation and a clear corporate strategy as well as the importance of the corporate strategy for the success of the digital transformation process. Finally, the self-learning module, the learning objectives, the structure, and content as well as the competencies and tasks of the DC in this context are presented. The video is well suited as introductory information for potential DCs who would like to learn about the development of a corporate strategy in the context of digital transformation in practice as part of a training course and together with the self-learning module.
